OVERVIEW
This project involved creating a new visual library for a regional utility company operating in the Willamette Valley. We spent time on site to document the specialized machinery and the daily operations that keep the local grid running. By focusing on the scale of the equipment and the precision of the work, we produced a series of images that reflect the reliability and professional standards of the company.
OBJECTIVE
To move away from generic stock photos and provide the client with authentic imagery of their own team and facilities. The goal was to create a set of high quality assets for their annual reports, safety manuals, and local community outreach in Salem.
APPROACH
We worked closely with the safety leads to ensure we captured the action without interfering with live operations.
- We traveled to various substations and service sites to capture the reality of infrastructure maintenance.
- We highlighted the technical tools and safety gear that define the company's commitment to high standards.
- We maintained a natural and sharp editing style to ensure the images look professional and trustworthy across all corporate platforms.
OUTCOME
The project delivered a comprehensive collection of brand photos that the company now uses across their internal and external communications. These images help them tell a clear story of service and safety to their customers and stakeholders throughout Oregon.
